Mr Sebatha is currently an Assistant Program Manager at SDM Asset Management and Consulting.

Thusanang has extensive experience in Financial and Operations Management, with the key focus being in a finance function as Financial Manager. In the IT sector as General Manager, he led; System Design, Migration and Integration Projects. Mr Sebatha has been in charge of setting up a team that was responsible for two shared service division projects at Standard Bank, and Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), and operationally running the units thereafter. He focused on outsourced projects for SITA implementations in the Public Sector at different government levels. This has been a product of over 20 years in senior management positions.
There were two major projects that he was a stream leader on, namely SAP implementation projects at Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) and Dimension Data.

Thusanang is a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA) since 2004.

He is in the process of completing a Masters in Investment Banking and Securities
