Ms Vitshima is an accomplished professional that has been in the human resources and organisational design space for almost thirteen years post obtaining a degree in Human Resources she is in progress with a project and programme certification.

Extensive knowledge of people management especially within corporate and international companies and in addition also consulting to small and medium businesses.

Ms Vitshima has led the people portfolio in Healthcare, insurance, hospitality, risk, government and now in Impuma Group as the Head of HR.
