Mr. Dube has vast organizational management experience. He has worked in entrepreneurial organisations, taking care of design and implementation of business, growth and sustainability strategies. Other experience relates to management consulting including, program, client and commercial viability.

In his current position of Operations Director, Mkululi is responsible for:

• ​Strategy formulation and Implementation,
• Daily operations and general organizational management
• Heads the business development and sales initiatives

He studied vastly across a variety of disciplines to develop in all aspects of business and management. Some of his qualifications include: Management Advancement Program (MAP) (WITS Business School), Executive Management (DCI, USA); Operations Management (Stellenbosch University); Property Development and Investments (University of Cape Town); Dip Communication and Journalism (CCOSA, 2004); BA Honours Degree (UZ)
