Mr. Msebenzi has had an extensive career in the financial services industry, fulfilling roles such as General Manager Risk at The Home Loan Guarantee Company; Managing Executive at Comborero Consulting, CFO at The South African Bank of Athens, Senior Finance Manager at Medicover Medical Scheme, and the Manager in Structured Debt Finance at SCMB (Standard Bank).

In his current position as Group CFO of the Impuma Group, Mr. Msebenzi’s responsibilities include creating a competitive business position for the company by fostering innovation and building a cohesive enterprise; positioning the business for growth and profitability, as well as leadership through turbulent times; assessing enterprise risk and implementing necessary controls; and improving the company’s business model and increasing its profitability by introducing effective new tools and strategies.

Mr. Msebenzi completed his BCTA at the University of Johannesburg in 2000, his B.Com Honors degree at the University of Natal in 2003, and received his CA(SA) qualification in 2004.
