Mr Mundt is a Program Manager at SDM Asset Management and Consulting with more than 25 years’ project management experience. He specializes in Project Management, Fixed Asset Management, Business Development and Business Process Management which focuses on process improvement and evaluation of alternate service delivery options for improving performance and delivery. He has more than 20 years of experience in the asset (moveable, immovable and infrastructure) management space. He has extensive experience in the local government environment, coupled with in-depth knowledge in the public sector at Provincial and Municipal government level, ensures that he has a deep understanding of the challenges facing these sectors. His extensive experience in project management spans international as well as local assignments where he has lead teams of consultants in delivering asset (moveable and immovable) and infrastructure management solutions including financial and process improvement solutions for clients.
