Our maintenance desk will offer support and oversee all maintenance expenditures on behalf of the client. SDM FLEET takes the residual value risk while you simply return the fleet at the end of the contract period – taking the stress of disposals off your hands!

An Operating Rental offers similar benefits to a Full Maintenance Lease, as your overall bottom line is protected due to fixed monthly costs. The core benefit is to obtain a vehicle or a fleet of vehicles without the risks of owning them or the capital outlay. With Operating Rentals, the monthly lease costs do not cover maintenance and repairs.

THE ULTIMATE ADD-ON: MANAGED MAINTENANCE

Managed Maintenance (MM) does just that – manage the maintenance administration of an existing fleet. All necessary maintenance of a vehicle is administered by our skilled and experienced maintenance team, who ensures that only authorised and necessary maintenance costs are incurred.

Our fleet maintenance team oversees your fleet’s associated administration, service, and repair cost negotiations, including invoice inspections, invoice consolidations, and scheduling of vehicle repairs and servicing. Talk about a load off your shoulders! Managed Maintenance is the ideal solution to free up time and administration costs, saving you money on your maintenance and repair budget.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

→ The dealer invoices SDM FLEET.

→ SDM FLEET will vet the invoice(s) for work done and thereafter invoice the customer at the end of the month for all authorised work done.

→ A consolidated invoice is then produced at the end of each month.
